There are a few things you can do to prepare in order to help serve you better. 

  1. Please visit this troubleshooting guide. 80% of our customers resolve their issues there. 

  2. Prepare any screenshots or attachments to show us what you're seeing on your computer.

  3. Please include this info: 

    1. What games are you playing? 

    2. What is the city where you are playing the game(s)?

    3. What version of WTFast are you using? (Please send a screenshot)

    4. What is your operating system (version, build, and bits)? (Please send a screenshot)

    5. Have you tried using the auto-select? If yes, what servers do you get?

    6. Have you tried using the manual option? If yes, what servers have you tried?

    7. Are you getting any error messages? (Please send a screenshot)

    8. Are you experiencing any issues in-game?

    9. Is this happening on a different PC? (Please try using WTFast on a different PC if you have not tried it yet)

    10. When was the last time you experienced the desired results using WTFast? (Please provide an estimated date)

    11. Have you tried with a different ISP? Include the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
