1. Go to your Windows File Explorer and type %temp% in the address bar:
This folder contains every temporary file across all the different Windows applications on your system.
2. Under this temp folder, locate the following directory to find the log files: WTFast/log.
3. Right-click in the "log" folder and select the send to the ZIP option.
4. Once you have the ZIP file of the logs ready, please send it to support@wtfast.com. Don't forget to explain the issue you are seeing. 😉
