To get the best connection, we highly recommend that you use 'Auto'. Learn more
You can also configure these games to use Manual GPN Proxy Selections. Here are some tips that can help you with Manual GPN Proxy Selections:
-
Pick a WTFast server close to where you live: This will often significantly reduce latency, flux, and spikes.
-
Pick a WTFast server close to where your game server is: Visit this public site to check the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare servers location: https://gameserverping.com/cod-modern-warfare. You can try a ping test to see which game server works better for you. For Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War servers location, we recommend asking the game provider or a friend with technical skills for the actual game server location.
-
Pick a WTFast server by ping time: Under select route, click on 'Choose route manually.' and sort by ping.
For server # 1, choose one with the lowest ping (close to your location):
Add additional location, and for server # 2, choose one closest to the game server.
Manual GPN Proxy Selection allows you to specify which GPN server you'd like to use for routing. The connection from your computer to the game server is a complicated thing. If you find that WTFast is not getting you good results "out of the box," we recommend trying to connect through a different region to see if this helps improve your outcomes. We're also here to help set you up for success in any way we can.
