wtfast does not change or hide your original IP. This is by design, in order for game servers to know that you are you.
*Does wtfast work for region blocked games?
wtfast can be used sometimes for region blocked games - however that is not wtfasts main intent - therefore there are no guarantees that wtfast can be used in this manner.
