Request for account deletion

Full account deletions can be processed upon request from the account holder. Please review the list of conditions below.

• Account deletion requests must be sent in with the correct email address. 
• We can't process a deletion request if your account has an active subscription
• We can't process a deletion request if your account has paid time remaining on it.
