Why should I use wtfast?

wtfast uses an intelligent server network to route your game connection. Our service focuses on creating the best connection possible for gaming, and only gaming! If you care about your connection and want the best online experience possible, then you NEED to use wtfast!  

Is wtfast safe to use?

Yes! We work hard to be compliant with all popular online games! wtfast does not alter your IP address or change any of your unique identifiers. We want to maintain relationships with publishers and therefore only focus on improving the game connection for the gamer.  

Why should I give it a try?

We can’t promise a major improvement if you already have a really good connection. There is no guarantee that wtfast will improve every game connection in this case. However, with wtfast, you can still mitigate your packet loss and ping spikes that occur from server overload and inefficient path management by your ISP.

System requirements for using wtfast?

The wtfast PC client currently only works with Windows operating systems running 7 or higher. While WTFast does not currently have an official Mac version, you can still try using WTFast on your Mac by enabling your Microsoft Windows functionality. For Mac users, we recommend installing Windows via Boot Camp, as it will give you access to a much wider-range of game titles to play.

Moving a subscription

Yes. Your wtfast subscription license is a per-computer license. You can use multiple computers for your single account (with a single computer license), as long as they are not used at the same time with that account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

To reset your forgotten password, you will need to submit your request here. A verification email will be sent to your account with a link allowing you to reset your password.

What payment options does wtfast accept?

Our payment provider offers PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal and Bancontact for payment options. These options vary by region.

Can I get a refund for wtfast?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for wtfast.  You may cancel your subscription at any time and your account will remain active for the subscription period you are paid through. 

Does wtfast support the “x” game?

We currently support over 1500 game titles so the chances are we do! We try to support all popular games available to the public and even closed and open beta games when they become available. If your desired game is NOT supported by us, you can try launching it as a custom game or sending us a request at [e-mail].

Are there other ways to speed up my game?

Yes – your computer hardware and local computer settings can affect your game connection and speed. However, the actual game connection and network your data travels over generally have the greatest impact on your connection performance.
