Wtfast uses a smart network of servers to route your connection more effectively. We focus exclusively on gaming, aiming to give you the most stable and direct path possible to the game's servers.
Is wtfast safe to use?
Yes! Your personal data stays yours; wtfast doesn’t change your IP address or any unique identifiers. Our only goal is to improve your connection quality while staying fully compliant with all major games and publishers.
Why should I give it a try?
If you already have a near-perfect connection, you might not see a massive jump in performance. However, wtfast is excellent for tackling specific issues like packet loss and ping spikes that happen when your ISP's routing is inefficient or the server is overloaded.
System requirements for using wtfast?
The wtfast PC client works on Windows 7 and higher. While we don't have a native Mac app, you can still use wtfast on your Mac by connecting through one of our authorized routers. This also gives Mac users access to a wider range of supported titles.
Can I use it on console or mobile? Yes! Although we don't offer apps for these platforms, you can still use wtfast on your console or mobile device by connecting via one of our authorized routers. This ensures that your experience remains optimized regardless of the hardware you're using.
Moving a subscription Your license is tied to one device at a time. You can log into your account on multiple machines, but only one can be active at any given moment.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
To reset your password, submit a request here. We’ll send a confirmation email with a link so you can get back into your account quickly.
What payment options does WTFast accept?
Depending on your region, we accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, and Bancontact.
Does wtfast support the "x" game?
We currently support over 1,500 games, including many titles in open or closed beta. If your specific game isn't listed yet, try adding it as a custom game or reach out to us at support@wtfast.com.
Are there other ways to speed up my game? While hardware and local settings do play a role, the biggest impact on performance usually comes from the network path your data travels. Check out our guide here for more tips on optimizing your connection.
